Thin film antifouling

The primary purpose of thin film antifouling is to protect the hull from fouling. This is done primarily by creating a very smooth surface that makes it difficult for mussels, algae and other fouling to attach. Another advantage of the smooth surface is the lower frictional resistance, which allows a faster ride.At the same time, this also reduces fuel consumption in motorboats or sailboats, which must rely temporarily on the propulsion of an auxiliary engine.

For processing we recommend rollers with short hairs, brushes are not suitable for painting with the thin film antifouling.
