Shipping information

Delivery to your home or your boat in serviced countries!

While we still extend our network of serviced countries overall, within a serviced country destination you are free to choose where to receive your order. Limitations may apply and vary by country in regard to postal collection stations etc.

Shipping costs are charged once per order and depend on your country of delivery and the weight and design of goods chosen. For bulky goods there are higher costs, which are handled by our various forwarding partners on a daily basis. Bulky goods are goods that are overlong, extremely heavy or hazardous goods.

Note for the shipment of batteries: These are always shipped by freight forwarder, as they are hazardous goods. Furthermore, we are legally obliged to charge a battery deposit of EUR 7,50.

Collection from one of our stores (Click&Collect):

This service is only available to our DACH customers for pickup in one of our stores. Please use one of our DACH sites to access this option in the onlineshop in the country selector menu.

Delivery overview: Reliability first!

You will receive your delivery regularly by DHL or other top quality shippers such as UPS as standard. Stocked goods regularly leave our warehouse latest by the next working day, so you should get your delivery regularly within a few days. 

Bulky and hazardous goods items are shipped by quality freight forwarding and the costs will be estimated before you checkout your order.

Your satisfaction is top priority for us. Please report any transport damage immediately to the delivery company, have it confirmed in writing and inform us.
