Exchange should go better

Have in an order of 3 items sent back one because shoes were just too small. New shoes arrived soon, but unfortunately I was charged again 9,95€ freight. In retrospect, the shoes have cost me 99.99 € + 3.32 € (1/3 of the org. freight) + 9.95 € (exchange freight) = 113.28 € which is almost 15% above the original price. Think that this is not correct. With other Internet providers freight is calculated only once in the case of an exchange.
