The top primer in boat building! High-quality 2-component epoxy primer for underwater and above-water use. The primer serves on rigid substrates as a good barrier layer against penetrating water vapor, on fiberglass reinforcements (plastic) for osmosis prevention and repair and on metals as corrosion protection. It can also be applied on plywood and hardwood. LIGHT PRIMER is a very good adhesion promoter for top coats and antifoulings. The last coat of primer before antifouling must still be tacky but no longer wet (″tacky″ condition) when antifouling is applied. If this time is exceeded, the primer must be sanded. Alternatively, another thin coat of primer can be applied. Thinner: 845Yield: 5-8 m² / liter.
